• Tequila: Although this lychee cocktail is inspired by the tequila sunrise, feel free to swap in your preferred spirit.
• Orange juice: This contributes a refreshing tang and a bright golden hue.
• Lemon juice: This adds an extra splash of sour acidity.
•Lychee: This tropical fruit is sweet and juicy with light floral notes and a soft citrus finish. We’re using canned lychees, which allows us to turn the excess liquid into a delicious lychee simple syrup.
• Grenadine: In a bind, you can use pomegranate juice, cranberry juice, or any red drink.
•Sparkling water: Sparkling water, club soda, seltzer, even Prosecco will work. You just want something fizzy and effervescent.
Definitely! You can simply leave out the alcohol or replace it another liquid from the ingredient list..
Yes! Scale up the amounts as needed. In a resealable container, combine the tequila, orange juice, lemon juice, and lychee syrup. The grenadine and sparkling water must be added at the time of serving.
If you’re hosting a cocktail hour or casual hangout, Air Fryer Tofu Nuggets and Crab Rangoon Dip are fantastic appetizers pairings.
